Lumigo's app for Microsoft teams provides alerts and enables Lumigo Copilot capabilities. You can use Copilot in Microsoft Teams to help answer your Lumigo-related questions, and aid you in your day to day work. Integrating it is a simple process you can follow below.

Integrating Copilot Into Microsoft Teams

Before integrating Copilot, you need to integrate Lumigo itself into Slack. Follow the instructions here:

Integrating With Microsoft Teams

After setting up the integration:

1. Add the Lumigo Teams application to any relevant teams.

2. Set up your Lumigo alerts to use the new integration.

You can now use Copilot in Microsoft Teams.

Using Copilot In Microsoft Teams

To use Copilot, click Ask Copilot or reply to a Lumigo alert and @mention the Lumigo app.
