Submit Support Ticket

• To submit a support ticket:
• Go to https://support.lumigo.io
• Click Submit a request
• Fill out a ticket form and submit.

Access Support Center

If you have submitted a support ticket, go to https://support.lumigo.io and click Sign in to access your support tickets.

If this is your first time signing into Lumigo Support Center, click New to your Lumigo? Sign up to create an account. If you have previously emailed Lumigo support, click Have you emailed us? Get a password.

After signing into Lumigo Support Center, click Requests in the top right corner of the page to see your support tickets.
